Oak Crest is seeking Registered Nurse candidates who are dedicated to providing quality care, with a strong interest in geriatrics, and are motivated to be a part of an exceptional healthcare team. New grads welcome!
Opportunities to join the Oak Crest team as an RN are available on our day shift.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Current RN Licensure in the state of Illinois.
- Requires certification of graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Knowledge of normal and abnormal developmental characteristics of the elderly
- Demonstrates competency in basic nursing skills
SCHEDULE:
- Flexible self-scheduling available to promote employee work-life balance.
- Every other weekend
- Every other holiday (New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day)
- Shift overlap occurs to ensure and promote shift-to-shift communication and resident needs are met (Day Shift: 6:30a-3p, Eve Shift 2:45p-11:15p Noc Shift 11p-7:30a)
