The Howard and Mildred Eychaner Health Care Center is considered by many to be the gem of the Oak Crest community. The eighty private suites in our state of the art nursing facility affords residents with on-site short-term restorative care as well as long-term care and services.  Designed and constructed under a neighborhood concept, each neighborhood boasts its own family room and patio with access to a professionally-landscaped courtyard.

The suites ensure privacy while allowing residents the opportunity to personalize their home with furnishings and mementos that they hold dear. As a not-for-profit organization, we exist for and are responsible to the community we serve. The private suites, neighborhoods that foster relationships and a sense of belonging, are in direct response to both community interest and residents’ desire for additional space and privacy. As a caring community we recognize that people are individuals with changing needs. We continually seek innovative approaches that emphasize each person’s dignity and wholeness.
