What is Oak Crest doing about coronavirus prevention

Effective June 29, 2021

As a healthcare organization, we recognize that many people are concerned about the spread of infections, and most notably COVID-19.  Since older adults are more susceptible to infections, the organization continues to take the necessary precautions to prevent illnesses like the flu and COVID-19 from being transmitted to and within our community. As always, our commitment is to the safety and well-being of the residents, families, and staff who live, work, and visit our campus.

Vaccination Update:

  • 100% of building residents have been vaccinated against COVID-19.
